2. The item is stained or arrives in damaged condition.
3. The size, style, or color is incorrect or mismatched compared to what was ordered.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
The following products are not covered by our 30-day return policy, and we are not responsible for these issues:
1. Custom and personalized items made specifically for you are non-returnable. These include items where specific attributes were requested by the customer (e.g., finish, color, size).
2. The item is the wrong size, color, or style due to the buyer’s selection.
3. The item is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer.
4. The buyer returns the item or refuses the package without a valid return request.
5. Damage caused by exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals.
6. Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
7. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and show signs of damage due to handling by the customer.
8. Coupon codes or gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds and Exchanges
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed after approval by our customer support team. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
